What kind of turnaround time can I expect?

Our normal turnaround time is three to five days, but for special requests on small orders, we can have the job done in one or two days. With prior approval, large barrel orders (5,000 lbs) and large rack orders can be done in two to three days. Large barrel and large rack orders normally take three to seven days.

Can you plate to certified military specifications and ASTM specifications?

Yes, we can plate to all Mil specs relating to our process.

How hard is heat-treated electroless nickel?

60-65 RC.

Do you provide same-day service?

Yes, depending on the size and nature of the request.

What colors do you anodize?

Black, blue, and clear.

Do you assume responsibility for customers' parts?

Yes, with special consideration for tough-to-handle alloys (400 series stainless, zinc die-cast aluminum). Our responsibility presumes an accurately filled-out purchase order.
